Notice of Public Hearing – April 23 – Bylaw 2024-04

The County of St. Paul No. 19, in the Province of Alberta, proposes to pass Bylaw 2024-04 for the purpose of closing and selling unused portions of road plans and lanes in the Hamlet of Owlseye in the County of St. Paul in accordance with Section 22 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, as amended.

A Public Hearing will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, where persons claiming to be affected by the closure of roads and lanes in the Hamlet of Owlseye may voice their concerns. If you wish to speak in favour or against the proposed bylaw, contact Betty Richard at [email protected], before Thursday, April 18, 2024, to arrange to be admitted to the meeting. Concerns may also be expressed through written submissions mailed, emailed, ([email protected]) or delivered to the County Office prior to the Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, Council shall hear representation first from those property owners who claim to be directly affected by the proposed road closure, followed by any other person who wishes to make representation.
