St. Paul Regional Family and Community Support Services (FCSS)

FCSS provides our communities with a wide range of programs and services that are preventative in nature.
These programs work to enhance the social well being of individuals in our communities.
The County of St. Paul FCSS and the Town of St. Paul FCSS have merged into a Regional Office which will provide 'one stop' for residents seeking information or assistance.

The FCSS Office in Elk Point is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m./closed for lunch between noon and 1:00 p.m.
OFFICE MOVE  The Elk Point FCSS Office is now located at  4906 - 48 street in Elk Point which is across from Servus Credit Union/ Town of Elk Point Office.  The phone number is 780-724-3800.
