Any person claiming to be affected by the said Developments, may appeal within twenty-one days (to October 26, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.) of this advertisement, to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by serving Notice of Appeal to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board of the County of St. Paul No. 19, 5015 – 49 Avenue, St. Paul, Alberta, T0A 3A4
The appeal letter must contain at least one reason for appeal and if the development permit is a permitted use under the land use bylaw, no appeal applies unless the provisions of the bylaw were relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted in the decision of the Development Authority. The appeal fee is $200.00 (Refundable if appeal is successful).
