Notice to Ratepayers

To complete assessments for 2023, Assessors will be conducting physical inspections of properties throughout the County.  When Assessors enter your property, their vehicles will be clearly marked with the County of St. Paul’s name, and the Assessors will also be carrying identification tags.

Designated Industrial Property inspections will be conducted by the Provincial Assessors starting this month in the County of St. Paul.  Their trucks will be clearly marked with the Government of Alberta Logos.

We thank you for your cooperation in working with the Assessors as it is essential in determining equitable property assessments.
