Floatingstone Lake Campground
Located 4 km west & 8 km north of Ashmont in a naturally wooded area abutting the south shore.
The park is maintained and groomed in the most meticulous fashion to ensure its natural beauty.

Blue-green Algae Advisory for Floatingstone Lake

Cyanobacteria (blue-green algae) has been identified in the waters of Floatingstone Lake. Visitors to this lake are advised to take the following precautions:
- Avoid all contact with cyanobacterial blooms. If contact occurs, wash with tap water as soon as possible.
- Do not swim or wade or allow your pets to swim or wade in any areas where cyanobacteria is visible.
- Do not feed whole fish or fish trimmings from this lake to your pets.
- Consider limiting human consumption of whole fish and fish trimmings from this lake, as it is known that fish may store toxins in their liver. People can safely consume fish fillets from this lake.

Campsite Information
- Located 30 minutes northwest of the Town of St. Paul
- 65 sites (19 are non-powered)
- Tenting can be enjoyed within each campsite, at the site rental rate
- Overflow parking lot for day use, located before the entrance gate

If bringing wood from outside of the Lakeland region, please ensure there is no elm in the mix and help prevent the spread of Dutch Elm Disease. Remember to "burn it where you buy it" - if in doubt, firewood bundles can be purchased from County campground caretakers.

Head west on Hwy 28 from Ashmont. Turn North on Rg Rd 115 for 8 km, then turn right on Twp Rd 603. Watch for the blue Municipal Campground sign.
