utility accounts and accounts receivable.
Citizen Self Service is for viewing documents and accounts only. Payments cannot be made using this platform.
NOVEMBER 2024 NOTICE
With the Canada Post mail disruption, County of St. Paul customers cannot receive or pay their monthly utility bill by mail. Payments are still expected on the due date regardless of whether you received your bill. County customers are encouraged to access Citizen Self-Serve to view outstanding payments.
