Long Business Description

Mr. Enoch Haglund, who was a pioneer in our area was a hobbyist of many talents. He was a painter, a photographer, and a taxidermist. His paintings depicted scenes from the area. His photos captured life of the pioneers. As a taxidermist, he conserved birds & animals of the district. Any nature lover would greatly appreciate this museum.

The Museum is situated within the hamlet of Mallaig, AB. Mallaig is approximately 225 km NE of Edmonton. Take Highway 28 travelling East 18 km passed Ashmont. Turn North on Range Road 100 travelling 3 km to the 4-way stop. Proceed North approximately 200 metres where you will see a little church on your left.
