County Public Hearing, December 10, 2024, at 11 a.m.

The County of St. Paul No. 19 will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, as amended. The Public Hearing is in relation to:

• Bylaw 2024-17, for the purpose of adopting the Buffalo Trail South Intermunicipal Area Structure Plan [map]
• Bylaw 2024-18 for the purpose of adopting the Buffalo Trail North Intermunicipal Area Structure Plan [map]

A Public Hearing will be held where persons claiming to be affected by the adoption of either plan may voice their concerns. If you wish to speak for or against the proposed bylaws, contact Betty Richard at [email protected] before 4 p.m. on Friday, December 6, to attend the meeting.

Concerns may also be given via written submissions mailed, emailed ([email protected]), or delivered to the Administration Office prior to the Public Hearing.

At the Public Hearing, the Chair shall hear representation first from people who claim to be directly affected by the proposed rezoning, followed by any other person who wishes to speak.
