Flood Damage Reports for HARP Funding

The County of St. Paul, in tandem with the Town of Elk Point, is applying to the Government of Alberta for Hazard Assistance and Resilience Program (HARP) funding. To assist with this application, the County is collecting information to assess the extent of impacts to residents and businesses from the June 1, 2026, flooding caused by excessive moisture.

We have prepared a form for residents to complete, collecting some basic information related to the flooding. The form is a fillable PDF and can be submitted to [email protected] by August 17, 2026.

Note that completion of this form does not guarantee eligibility for, or access to, financial assistance or compensation.

This form is for residents in the County of St. Paul. If you are a Town of Elk Point resident, please complete the Town’s form.

If your property was affected, please document and collect records of all damages. Residents should contact their insurance broker or provider first to determine what coverage is available and, if applicable, begin the claims process.

Please submit your form to [email protected] and call 780-645-3301 for more information.
