Assessor Inspections in the County

To complete assessments for 2025, Assessors will be conducting physical inspections of properties throughout the County between May to August. When assessors enter your property, their vehicles will be clearly marked with the County of St. Paul’s name and logo, and they will be carrying identification tags.

Designated Industrial Property inspections will be conducted by Provincial Assessors, whose trucks will be clearly marked with Government of Alberta logos.
