Parent Link Centre is uniquely designed to support parents in their role as children's first and most influential teachers. Parent Link provides parents and caregivers with free resources and support! We work with parents, caregivers and other agencies to give children the best start in life. Our centre provides free parenting and play programs to meet the unique needs of the families within our community that we serve.

The County of St. Paul FCSS and the Town of St. Paul FCSS have merged into a Regional Office which will provide 'one stop' for residents seeking information or assistance.

The FCSS Office in Elk Point is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m./closed for lunch between noon and 1:00 p.m.
