The County of St. Paul No. 19, in the Province of Alberta, will hold a public hearing on Bylaw 2023-19 for the purpose of amending the Land Use Bylaw 2021-13: Rezone 4.79 acres in part SE 25-58-10-W4 (10002 Twp Rd 584) of the County of St. Paul from the Agriculture District to Direct Control District to better regulate an existing business in accordance with Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, as amended. A Public Hearing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, where persons claiming to be affected by this change may voice their concerns. If you wish to speak in favor or against the proposed bylaw, contact Betty Richard at [email protected] before Friday, January 5, 2024, to arrange to be admitted to the meeting.
Concerns may also be expressed through written submissions mailed, emailed, or delivered to the County Office prior to the Public Hearing.
At the Public Hearing, the Chairman shall direct to hear representation first from those property owners who claim to be directly affected by the proposed rezoning, followed by any other person who wishes to make representation.
