Public Hearing: Amendment of Land Use Bylaw 2021-13

The County of St. Paul No. 19, in the Province of Alberta, will hold a public hearing on Bylaw 2023-26 for the purpose of amending Land Use Bylaw 2021-13 in accordance with Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, as amended.

A Public Hearing will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, where persons claiming to be affected by this change may voice their concerns.  If you wish to speak in favour or against the proposed bylaw, contact Betty Richard at [email protected], before Friday, February 9, 2024, to arrange to be admitted to the meeting.

Concerns may also be expressed through written submissions mailed, emailed, or delivered to the County Office prior to the Public Hearing.

At the Public Hearing, the Chairman shall direct to hear representation first from those property owners who claim to be directly affected by the proposed rezoning, followed by any other person who wishes to make representation.
