Payment Options during Canada Post Disruptions

With the Canada Post mail disruption, County of St. Paul customers cannot receive or pay for invoiced County services by mail. However, the County has a number of ways to stay on top of your payments!

Citizen Self-Serve

County customers, whether they are residents or businesses, can access Citizen Self-Serve to view their statement of outstanding payments. Payments can’t be made using this platform at this time, but this will allow you to view your invoices if they can’t be received by mail.

Learn how to register an account and, once registered, access your information any time!

e-Billing

The County offers free e-Billing to customers with Accounts Receivable accounts. If you currently receive invoices by mail – for services like bin rentals, gravel orders, tax certificate searches, etc. – you can request to receive Accounts Receivable invoices via e-mail.

To get started, simply fill out this authorization form.

Utility Pre-Authorized Debit

If you regularly receive your monthly utility bill by mail, this can be viewed under Citizen Self-Serve. Rather than pay by mail, though, utility customers can sign up for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD). Withdrawals will be the actual invoice amount, not pro-rated.

If interested in Utility PAD, complete the agreement form.
